Bust measurement is taken around the fullest part of your bust.

Waist measurement is measured at the narrowest part of your waist.

Hip measurement is measured on the widest part of your hips.

If you are between 2 sizes, please choose the larger size for comfort.

Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Royal Mail Free Tracked Return

To create the return label, you'll need your order number. This can be found on your delivery note that came with the order and on the order confirmation email.

Simply show the QR code from the email on your mobile phone at a Royal Mail Customer Service Point or Parcelshop, your QR code will be scanned and a label printed for you.

Please open the attached PDF file and print the label. Then, attach the label to the item, and drop the item off at a Royal Mail Customer Service Point or Parcelshop.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item your refund has been processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

Just was I was looking for! I’m a busty 10, bought the 8-10 size and the nighties fit with room to spare. Cool cotton.really well made. Quality. I like that the white nightie in this set feels a lighter weight of material compared to the blue nightie. That might just be my imagination, but whatever is going on, it works.

I am very impressed with my nightshirts , they were am excellent price and have a beautiful feel. Nice colour pattern too.
