Refund policy

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

 Royal Mail Free Tracked Return

Please click the red link above to generate your free Royal Mail tracked return label.  
To create the return label, you'll need your 5 digit order number (exclude the # -numbers only). This can be found on your delivery note that came with the order and on the order confirmation email.

Please follow the instructions and fill in the form.  You will then receive an email from Royal Mail with the QR code & Return label attached and further information as below.  Note: The email is not immediate and may take a few minutes to arrive in your inbox. 

No printer at home? No problem!

Simply show the QR code from the email on your mobile phone at a Royal Mail Customer Service Point or Parcelshop, your QR code will be scanned and a label printed for you.

Print at home
Please open the attached PDF file and print the label. Then, attach the label to the item, and drop the item off at a Royal Mail Customer Service Point or Parcelshop. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can correct the issue.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.  We will refund your returned item immediately on receipt of the garment.

Refunds
One we receive your returned item you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
