You asked for a luxury long sleeve nightdress and we have delivered! This gorgeous long sleeve nightie is the perfect Winter buy. The fabric is super soft and cosy without being too thick and heavy. The jersey weave means it has a little stretch for comfort and it is brushed inside for extra softness. The bold prints are so pretty, we know this one will be very popular.

Premium 95% Polyester, 5% Elastane super soft fabric

To keep your clothing looking fresh and lasting longer, follow these care instructions:

Washing: Machine wash cold with like colors to prevent fading and bleeding.

Detergent: Use mild detergent; avoid bleach or harsh chemicals.

Drying: Tumble dry on low or air dry to reduce shrinkage and maintain fabric integrity.

Special Fabrics: For wool, silk, or embellished items, hand wash or dry clean as recommended.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Fold knits to prevent stretching; hang woven fabrics to maintain shape.

Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Royal Mail Free Tracked Return

To create the return label, you'll need your order number. This can be found on your delivery note that came with the order and on the order confirmation email.

No printer at home? No problem!

Simply show the QR code from the email on your mobile phone at a Royal Mail Customer Service Point or Parcelshop, your QR code will be scanned and a label printed for you.

Please open the attached PDF file and print the label. Then, attach the label to the item, and drop the item off at a Royal Mail Customer Service Point or Parcelshop.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item your refund has been processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

Size or Colour Exchange:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please return the original item to us and include a short note explaining your wishes. If you need it more quickly please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.

I have only given this 3 stars as I had to remove the buttons and bow. Realign the front of the nightdress so the neckline matched and reattach them. Having done that I am pleased with the result and like the nightdress.
