To keep your clothing looking fresh and lasting longer, follow these care instructions:

Washing: Machine wash cold with like colors to prevent fading and bleeding.

Drying: Tumble dry on low or air dry to reduce shrinkage and maintain fabric integrity.

Ironing: If needed, use a low-heat iron or steam to remove wrinkles. Avoid high heat on delicate fabrics.

Special Fabrics: For wool, silk, or embellished items, hand wash or dry clean as recommended.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Fold knits to prevent stretching; hang woven fabrics to maintain shape.

Using a tape measure, take the measurements from around your body ensuring you measure comfortably, without the tape measure feeling too tight or too loose.

Bust measurement is taken around the fullest part of your bust.

Waist measurement is measured at the narrowest part of your waist.

Hip measurement is measured on the widest part of your hips.

If you are between 2 sizes, please choose the larger size for comfort.

Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To create the return label, you'll need your order number. This can be found on your delivery note that came with the order and on the order confirmation email.

Simply show the QR code from the email on your mobile phone at a Royal Mail Customer Service Point or Parcelshop, your QR code will be scanned and a label printed for you.

Please open the attached PDF file and print the label. Then, attach the label to the item, and drop the item off at a Royal Mail Customer Service Point or Parcelshop.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item your refund has been processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

Size or Colour Exchange:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please return the original item to us and include a short note explaining your wishes. If you need it more quickly please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.

I bought 2 of these with short sleeves in a local shop this summer. I was very impressed with the quality so went back for long sleeved ones but they only had 1 in stock. So I was delighted to find that I could buy another online.

As I had never ordered from Suzy and Me previously, I phoned to check sizes and received very helpful advice and 3 options that may be suitable. I decided to try them all and this one with the butterflies was the best. I returned the others and order 1 more blue butterfly and 2 red butterfly. I have washed one as directed and it seems fine. Cosy and comfortable.
The only problem I had was negotiating the web site for returns and when ordering the 3 new items, I could not find how to get the 10% that I thought I could obtain.
