Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Please open the attached PDF file and print the label. Then, attach the label to the item, and drop the item off at a Royal Mail Customer Service Point or Parcelshop.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item your refund has been processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

The fleece material is nice and soft, but the cut and fit are only OK. The sleeves are too short for me and the collar doesn’t sit very well. As it’s only for sitting up in bed to read, I don’t mind too much, and finding a small size in bed jackets means I don’t have many options.
