Bust measurement is taken around the fullest part of your bust.

Waist measurement is measured at the narrowest part of your waist.

Hip measurement is measured on the widest part of your hips.

If you are between 2 sizes, please choose the larger size for comfort.

Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Royal Mail Free Tracked Return

To create the return label, you'll need your order number. This can be found on your delivery note that came with the order and on the order confirmation email.

No printer at home? No problem!

Simply show the QR code from the email on your mobile phone at a Royal Mail Customer Service Point or Parcelshop, your QR code will be scanned and a label printed for you.

Print at home
Please open the attached PDF file and print the label. Then, attach the label to the item, and drop the item off at a Royal Mail Customer Service Point or Parcelshop.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item your refund has been processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

Size or Colour Exchange:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please return the original item to us and include a short note explaining your wishes. If you need it more quickly please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.

I bought this for my 90+yr old mum who has limited mobility in her care home. Whilst she is a petite woman the carers requested clothing easy to put on and with sufficient room to be comfortable whilst sitting in her recliner. The cut of the ‘dress’ without darts to narrow the waist, and the soft easy drape fabric is perfect. I am hoping that care home laundry which uses higher temperatures will not shrink items. If survives that test will be looking at more in similar design with a variety of sleeve lengths and necklines. Appreciate the reasonable cost too, good value.
