Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Royal Mail Free Tracked Return

To create the return label, you'll need your order number. This can be found on your delivery note that came with the order and on the order confirmation email.

Simply show the QR code from the email on your mobile phone at a Royal Mail Customer Service Point or Parcelshop, your QR code will be scanned and a label printed for you.

Please open the attached PDF file and print the label. Then, attach the label to the item, and drop the item off at a Royal Mail Customer Service Point or Parcelshop.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item your refund has been processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

It was a lovely quality, but unfortunately a bit to small on hips,but I gave it to a friend who loves it.

I was so pleased with this nightie as it is a good length, not too long, not too short. 100% cotton is important to me and it is so comfortable to wear.

You put this on your website as plus size, I ordered a size 16 and no way is this a plus size.
