This nightdress made from a soft jersey fabric and available in many attractive designs. Made from 100% jersey cotton, the nightdress features a 3-button fastening in a V-neck style, and short sleeves. Length is 46 inches, or 116 cm. Machine washable. The ultimate in roomy comfort and available up to size 30/32.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Fold knits to prevent stretching; hang woven fabrics to maintain shape.

Bust measurement is taken around the fullest part of your bust.

Waist measurement is measured at the narrowest part of your waist.

Hip measurement is measured on the widest part of your hips.

If you are between 2 sizes, please choose the larger size for comfort.

Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Royal Mail Free Tracked Return

To create the return label, you'll need your order number. This can be found on your delivery note that came with the order and on the order confirmation email.

Simply show the QR code from the email on your mobile phone at a Royal Mail Customer Service Point or Parcelshop, your QR code will be scanned and a label printed for you.

Please open the attached PDF file and print the label. Then, attach the label to the item, and drop the item off at a Royal Mail Customer Service Point or Parcelshop.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item your refund has been processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

Size or Colour Exchange:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please return the original item to us and include a short note explaining your wishes. If you need it more quickly please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.

Good fabric but size disappointing. 18/20 was more like 14/16 and it shrunk in the first wash. But I am getting the bigger size as I liked the material and colour.

Lovely and soft and so comfy. Lovely to buy them from you in the UK but I really wish they were made in the UK aswell not China.

As I’ve already had your nighty before and very pleased but this one was on the small size ,the size that I had before was 10/12 the Duck Egg lily was much small than the others that I have brought before as a 10/12 very disappointing.

Please see our Free returns option on the website. However I am concerned that you say the sizing is different than previous items you have bought. I cannot find any orders you have placed previously. Can you please let us know if you have bought under a different name or from a different site in the past? Our spec has not changed on these nighties so we would like to check where the issue has occurred.
