Using a tape measure, take the measurements from around your body ensuring you measure comfortably, without the tape measure feeling too tight or too loose.

Bust measurement is taken around the fullest part of your bust.

Waist measurement is measured at the narrowest part of your waist.

Hip measurement is measured on the widest part of your hips.

If you are between 2 sizes, please choose the larger size for comfort.

Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Simply show the QR code from the email on your mobile phone at a Royal Mail Customer Service Point or Parcelshop, your QR code will be scanned and a label printed for you.

Please open the attached PDF file and print the label. Then, attach the label to the item, and drop the item off at a Royal Mail Customer Service Point or Parcelshop.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item your refund has been processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please return the original item to us and include a short note explaining your wishes. If you need it more quickly please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.

This will be a lovely nightie for someone a little taller than me or who wants their nightie a couple inches above the ankle. On this occasion not for me but it is a beautifully soft garment. I would recommend it.

I love these nightdresses - they’re so soft and comfortable - I had my last two for years and they wash and dry really well. I’ve just replaced them with two more as I’d lost a lot of weight and needed a smaller size! I didn’t even think of looking elsewhere as I’ve been so pleased with these! I got the dark green and the burgundy this time - lovely colours - I’m sure you could get away with wearing these as a dress if you were bold enough to try!

Beautiful, buttery soft, pretty pink, have four now and can’t wear anything else…..soooooo comfy,washes and dries quickly. On me at 5ft6 they meet half at my calf’s. It’s a lovely bonus they come beautifully packaged.
