To keep your clothing looking fresh and lasting longer, follow these care instructions:

Washing: Machine wash cold with like colors to prevent fading and bleeding.

Detergent: Use mild detergent; avoid bleach or harsh chemicals.

Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Royal Mail Free Tracked Return

To create the return label, you'll need your order number. This can be found on your delivery note that came with the order and on the order confirmation email.

You will then receive an email from Royal Mail with the QR code & Return label attached and further information as below.

No printer at home? No problem!

Simply show the QR code from the email on your mobile phone at a Royal Mail Customer Service Point or Parcelshop, your QR code will be scanned and a label printed for you.

Print at home
Please open the attached PDF file and print the label. Then, attach the label to the item, and drop the item off at a Royal Mail Customer Service Point or Parcelshop.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item your refund has been processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

Size or Colour Exchange:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please return the original item to us and include a short note explaining your wishes. If you need it more quickly please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.

I purchased these warm PJ’s for my 89 year old mum as she needed something warmer, she absolutely loves them. The fleece fabric is very soft and cosy, with a pretty pink design. Mum is a petite size 8 and around 5ft tall, the size 8–10 are a little roomy, but she prefers this as it gives her plenty of comfort while in bed, as she is small I had the PJ bottoms taken up.

Excellent value for money and very good quality. I also contacted the company and spoke to Jenny, who was lovely and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this company, I have already placed another order for a fleece nightie x
