To keep your clothing looking fresh and lasting longer, follow these care instructions:

Bust measurement is taken around the fullest part of your bust.

Waist measurement is measured at the narrowest part of your waist.

Hip measurement is measured on the widest part of your hips.

If you are between 2 sizes, please choose the larger size for comfort.

Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Royal Mail Free Tracked Return

To create the return label, you'll need your order number. This can be found on your delivery note that came with the order and on the order confirmation email.

Simply show the QR code from the email on your mobile phone at a Royal Mail Customer Service Point or Parcelshop, your QR code will be scanned and a label printed for you.

Print at home
Please open the attached PDF file and print the label. Then, attach the label to the item, and drop the item off at a Royal Mail Customer Service Point or Parcelshop.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item your refund has been processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

Size or Colour Exchange:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please return the original item to us and include a short note explaining your wishes. If you need it more quickly please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.

I loved this material of this nightdress hope you will do more in other colours and patterns.

I love this nighty. I've now bought three. I just wish they would produce different colours in the same design and material.

Very comfy . Length good for me (5'4"). Used it for short hospital stay and had some compliments about the colour and pattern.

Started off with just one, but when I tried it on, it was such a lovely soft material, so comfortable and cosy I bought 2 more.
They wash well too.
I prefer the calf length as well.
A lot of nightdresses are not really suitable to lounge around in on the evening- but this one is.
